With specialized training in Air Emissions from Finland, he brings extensive expertise in environmental monitoring and management. Retired as Senior Scientist and Head of Air, Water, and Bio Laboratories at the J&K State Pollution Control Board, Dr. Paul served as a government-approved analyst and was the Nodal Officer for Air and Water Quality across the state.
