Under National Rural Drinking Water Programme, SFD&T has organized Awareness among citizens of Rural areas Panchayat / Grams to Save Water and make optimum use of it. Various Gram Sabhas, Workshops, Technical Demonstration Sessions, District Advocacy Workshops have been organized. In addition, World Water Day has been celebrated and a comprehensive Water Security Plan has also been designed.
